Updated a bunch of small UI improvements all over the place.
Some bug fixes were done such as formatting, and then also a break in the path menu.
Fixed an issue that prevented uncategorized entries and made sure they are displayed in the category summary.
Improved filtering clarity and visibility. Also improved the summary bar with grand totals and stuff.
Preparing for the 1.0.0 release version.
