ECOMMUNITY_ENCODE_IP_NON_TRANS is already 0x41, while ECOMMUNITY_ENCODE_IP is 0x1 and ECOMMUNITY_ENCODE_IP_NON_TRANS already includes that bit. Fixes: c9a2561 ("bgpd: Implement Node Target Extended Communities") Signed-off-by: Donatas Abraitis <donatas@opensourcerouting.org>
