This adds 2 commands, one that should just straight up SEGV, another that should trip an ASAN warning for an use-after-free.
This is for 2nd order testing, i.e. testing how the tests handle crashes and ASAN reports. Not used yet (it's easier to first add this into master and then muck around with CI components.)
Code 'hidden' from static analysis for obvious reasons.
