bmpserver infinitely loops after the clients has closed the TCP session. In this situation, recv() returns empty data. Detect session close immediately. Fixes: 875511c ("topotests: add basic bmp collector") Signed-off-by: Louis Scalbert <louis.scalbert@6wind.com>
