- Convert imprecise GPL names to non-deprecated ones
- Add GnuPlusWithSuffix and DeprecatedLicenseId error reasons
- Cleanup Expression docs
- Add allow_deprecated to ParseMode
- Simplify lexer a bit
- Deal with fucking GNU licenses a bit better
- Fixup and add some more tests
Newer revisions of the SPDX spec explicitly allow all lowercase operators
