As discussed in #431 the providers have been split out of this repository. This issue contains some notes, guides and Q&A on working with these until such time as we get around to properly documenting it.

Contributors, If you have submitted a PR, you should either rebase against master if it for core, or against the appropriate provider repository.

Maintainers, I found you can pick across commits of a PR between repos while still crediting the original author. Example.

To do so:

• Add the source repo as an upstream
• Fetch
• Pick across the commits, the commits should say "Authored by X, Committed by You"
• Push
