[Bug] Automated translation process started confusing Traditional and Simplified Chinese #5010
Description
After #4410, the automated translation pipeline started including Traditional Chinese in the Simplified Chinese locales.
This has had to be manually corrected multiple times such as:
- fix: Correct traditional Chinese to simplified Chinese in translations #5005
- Fix Simplified Chinese Translation #4865
