- Workflows split into actions for reusability and readability
- Added option '--platform' in 'verify.js'
- Added EnvVar 'USE_DOCKER_CLI' to force usage of docker cli
- Added documentation (comments) in the workflows
- Added documentation ('description'-keyword) in the actions
