Slightly improves compression performance at the cost of extra CPU cycles.

TODO

  • Benchmark CPU performance with TAMP_LAZY_MATCHING enabled.
    • about 50-75% slower on enwik8. Need to document in README.
  • Document TAMP_LAZY_MATCHING.
  • Maybe include both with/without it in the README comparison tables.
  • Make it configurable from the tamp_conf_t
