Background

When copybooks are converted from a mainframe, the converter can insert non-breakable spaces (0xA0) instead of normal spaces (0x20) in copybooks.

This confuses parser and field name trimming does not always work.

Feature

Replace 0xA0 characters with 0x20 when copybooks are loaded.
