1. Color Control Shape

1. Color Display

Shows the current color visually.

2. Color Code

Displayed in HEX by default. You can change this format in WinPaletter settings.

3. Default Color Indicator

Right-click and choose "Default Color" to restore it.


3. Drag and Drop

You can drag one color and drop it onto another to quickly copy or modify colors.

  • Left-click

7. Drag Default Color

Each item has a default color. Drag the small default color circle to apply it elsewhere.

8. Cross-Page Dragging

Drag and hover to navigate and move colors between different pages.

4. Left Click — Color Picker

  • Left-clicking a color opens the WinPaletter color picker:

5. Extract From Image

  • Choose from wallpaper or custom image
  • Set color count, quality, ignore white, use acceleration
  • Click "Result" → "Extract" → pick a color

  • Load from .theme or .msstyles

8. Screen Pixel Picker

  1. Hold the picker button
  2. Move your mouse to desired pixel
  3. Release to select color

Tip: Use Classic Picker

Enable classic Windows color picker via: Settings > Color Item Info > Use Classic Picker

5. Right Click — Context Menu

  • Right-click a color control to open the context menu:

Displays the current color with a slider to adjust brightness.
