Color picker control
This is what a default color control looks like:
Shows the current color visually.
Displayed in HEX by default. You can change this format in WinPaletter settings.
Right-click and choose "Default Color" to restore it.
You can drag one color and drop it onto another to quickly copy or modify colors.

Each item has a default color. Drag the small default color circle to apply it elsewhere.

Drag and hover to navigate and move colors between different pages.

- Left-clicking a color opens the WinPaletter color picker:
- Choose from 7 different picker types:
- Import palettes from various formats (ACO, ACT, TXT, GPL, BBM, LBM, PAL):
- Choose from wallpaper or custom image
- Set color count, quality, ignore white, use acceleration
- Click "Result" → "Extract" → pick a color

- Or use built-in presets:
- Click to apply extracted color:
- Choose from current or built-in themes (XP to 11)
- Click to select color:
- Hold the picker button
- Move your mouse to desired pixel
- Release to select color
Enable classic Windows color picker via: Settings > Color Item Info > Use Classic Picker
- Right-click a color control to open the context menu:
Displays the current color with a slider to adjust brightness.
Shows the default color for the item with brightness control.
The last used color with a brightness slider.
Automatically generated opposite color with a brightness slider.
Click a color to apply it.
