Steps to reproduce the behavior

1. Go to any post or page, new or old
2. Add a new Pullquote block
3. Click the alignment options from the toolbar
4. There is no Center Align option for the block

To be able to center a Pullquote block, like before.

No option to center

Both Simple and Atomic sites

No

Level of impact (Does it block purchases? Does it affect more than just one site?)

It seems to impact any sites using the block going forward, including customers who have been center aligning them previously and want to continue.
