- Removed the deprecated AJAX action for retrieving all MCP tools from the Settings class. - Introduced a new REST API endpoint in McpProxyRoutes to list all tools. - Updated the WpMcp class to include a method for fetching all tools with their enabled state. - Modified the ToolsTab component to use the new API endpoint for fetching tools data.
