Support legacy Mac hardware, by adding an architecture-specific suffix to jpackage’s .dmg binaries and building the additional platform format via GitHub Actions’ x86 image. Note: I don’t have an Intel Mac, so I can’t test this.

Oh, it seems that GitHub requires an enterprise subscription for -large actions which have the current x86 support! Well, looking at https://github.com/actions/runner-images/tree/main perhaps we could try macos-13 instead of macos-latest-large? But it might need a comment in the configuration file to explain that macos-13 is for legacy hardware support.
