The crowd cheers when you go bankrupt instead of booing. Issue was introduced in 24.11

To Reproduce

1. Ensure "Play sound effects for new messages" is enabled in the messages window
2. Go into the negatives
3. Wait 9 months (ignoring the 3 month and 6 month warnings)
