The problem

• Some Font Awesome 6.5.1 assets produce 404 on anything but the core UI index page (e.g. login page)
• Some source maps 404s are logged in vendored assets
• Somewhere a video tag is trying to play the homepage, resulting in a content type warning

The solution

• fix the URLs
• remove the references to the non-existing source maps
• find the offending video tag and fix it
