Chrome/Firefox/Edge - tried all three and cleared cache.
rtorrent 0.9.8 / 0.15.1 / rutorrent v5.2.4

Give us detailed steps to reproduce the error

First tried 0.9.8 - would not add label to new torrent through add torrent window.
Updated to 0.15.1 - same thing.

Only way to apply label to torrent is manually right click torrent and add label to it.

Tell us the error message

Label is not added during the addition process of the torrent.
No error. Torrent just doesn't have a label.
Torrent gets added to No Label section.

Provide the php error log contents (if applicable)
