  2. feat(i18n): Add pt-BR translations for multiple plugins (#2938) 

    This commit adds Brazilian Portuguese translations for 41 ruTorrent plugins, covering core functionality like GeoIP, RSS feeds, scheduling, traffic monitoring, and other core features.

The translations have been reviewed to ensure natural language and terminological consistency within the ruTorrent context.
