As per the upstream configuration the bindaddress should be optional and default to
127.0.0.1:8443
. This also is reflected in the nixos modules where the server Port was supposed to default to 8443. This could not happen as the if else depended on the value to begin with.This fixes that and allows the value to default to being unset without throwing an error.
Should no break anything as it strictly allows an option to be unset and default, without changing anything for people who set the option.
