NeoTerm - Terminal Emulator

NeoTerm is a powerful terminal emulator designed for all major operating systems, including Android, iOS, Windows, macOS, and Linux. NeoTerm builds on the concept of providing a complete Linux environment across your devices, making it a perfect tool for developers, IT professionals, and enthusiasts who need access to Linux utilities and software on any platform.

The prefix NEO, derived from the Ancient Greek νεο/νέος (neo/neos), meaning 'new' or 'modern', encapsulates the spirit of innovation. It symbolizes our commitment to providing cutting-edge, forward-thinking technology with the NeoTerm terminal emulator. This terminal is designed for developers seeking modern, efficient, and robust software (Linux Environment) solutions. For more about the significance of 'NEO', visit Wikipedia.

NeoTerm Update

NeoTerm packages use their own .neo or .nt extensions, and the primary command is neo. To install packages, use neo use pkgname instead of traditional commands like apt install or pkg install. Stay tuned for more on how to use these features soon!

Development Update!

We're currently hard at work on NeoLang—our new programming language—and NeoTerm, this terminal emulator built using NeoLang. Crafting both simultaneously ensures top quality, though it does extend our timeline. Thanks for your patience! Exciting updates and a release are on the horizon.

Thanks for choosing NeoTerm.
