At this point, enough features should be present in the application to be usable by the general public in at least some capacity without feeling too restrained by the beta experience and the lack of features.

If there's not enough features, it won't be possible to have good conversations about feature priorities since it's very likely that a few critical ones will take up the entire conversation.
