I am facing issues while using ExplorerBlurMica alongside with startallback. When opening my download folder through a browser (Edge) i get a white bar on the bottom of my explorer.

After every system reboot there is a black bar on top of the explorer window when using effect=2.

My StartAllBack settings: Start Manu and taskbar turned off to default.
