Update MP-SPDZ from version 0.1.5 to the (currently latest) version 0.3.6.
For this, I also updated the README and test_readme.sh, as the
-poption is no longer supported. Instead, the example command now uses the-Foption.We also now use a different docker base image.
I tested that test_readme.sh is still able to run without errors.
