What does it take to power a 1-hour live AI conversation? Ask Rime Labs. They started with a simple AI voice demo. Now, people are having full-length conversations live, and in real time. We’re proud that Render powers it all. ✅ Effortless autoscaling ✅ Native WebSocket support ✅ Long-lived connections that stay stable Rime trusted Render to deliver, and we’re thrilled to be part of their journey.

You know that moment when you push a hotfix while your main deploy is still running, and everything just... gets messy? We just added overlapping deploy policies that let you control what happens when deploys collide. Instead of the new one automatically canceling the in-progress deploy, you can now tell it to wait. From your workspace settings, you can choose: → Override - stops the current deploy and starts the new one (default) → Wait - lets the current deploy finish, then jumps straight to your latest code Perfect for those exciting days when you're shipping multiple features back-to-back. https://lnkd.in/g_3A6Gep

Before starting Render , I spent a few months learning all I could about healthtech. I saw how difficult it was to move quickly when dealing with outdated, complex infrastructure and compliance red tape. While I didn't stick with healthtech, the experience stuck with me. There’s so much unnecessary friction for founders trying to build in this space, especially early on. That’s why I’m proud to announce Render's support for HIPAA-compliant infrastructure, with a self-serve BAA. It’s what I wish healthcare founders had many years ago! Startups like Thatch and HealthiPeople use Render to move faster and stay focused on patient care instead of wrangling Kubernetes clusters or setting up VPCs. https://lnkd.in/gRg52dCK Healthcare is only for the bravest of founders. If you're in the space, I’d love to hear what you’re working on. Happy to help however I can.

Render now offers HIPAA-compliant infrastructure with a self-serve BAA—so you can build with patient data without managing audit controls, private networking, or data recovery yourself. Engineering teams at Thatch and HealthiPeople rely on Render’s enterprise-grade infrastructure to keep moving fast while meeting HIPAA requirements. Let us handle the compliance details—so you can focus on building: https://lnkd.in/g9dzvHRr

🚀 Render is building incredible momentum: we're breaking adoption records daily as more developers discover how we're making cloud infrastructure accessible. The AI coding revolution is creating unprecedented demand for application computing, and we're at the center of it. This is the kind of inflection point careers are built on, and we're looking for exceptional leaders to join us across the org: • Michael Greer is building out a team of engineering directors. • Meagan Rose Gamache is seeking visionary product leaders, designers, and data scientists. • Brie Bastidas is expanding our world-class recruiting team. • Elenitsa Staykova is hiring Content Engineers and a Director of Product Marketing. • I'm looking for a Head of Sales and a VP of People! Why now? We're still under 80 people, which means massive individual impact, direct access to everyone in the company, and the chance to help build something transformational from the ground up. We move with speed, intensity, and purpose – no bureaucracy, just results. I'd love to connect if you know someone exceptional who thrives in high-growth environments. And if this sounds like your next adventure, let's talk!

Deploying shouldn’t be harder than building. This is one of the simplest deployment flows I’ve used in years. The platform is Render. Their ethos is 𝘂𝗻𝗽𝗮𝗿𝗮𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗹𝗲𝗱 𝗲𝗮𝘀𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝗱𝗲𝗽𝗹𝗼𝘆𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘀𝗰𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴, and I think they’ve nailed it. Everything feels smooth and simple, whether you're launching a side project or 𝘀𝗰𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗱𝘂𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗮𝗽𝗽𝗹𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻. What I like about Render: ☑ Fantastic developer experience ☑ Smart defaults—most things take just a few clicks ☑ Git push → automatic deploys ☑ Out-of-the-box full-stack hosting ☑ Native support for a wide range of stacks ☑ One-click Postgres and Redis instances ☑ Enterprise-grade security: SOC 2 Type II, ISO 27001, HIPAA, RBAC, SSO ☑ All-in-one platform (app, DB, background workers, cron, …) ☑ And much more... AWS, GCP, etc offer scale and managed services—but with a 𝗵𝗲𝗮𝘃𝘆 𝗱𝗼𝘀𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗲𝘅𝗶𝘁𝘆. Render stands out by removing the friction and infra headaches. Everything is streamlined, 𝗼𝗳𝘁𝗲𝗻 𝗷𝘂𝘀𝘁 𝗮 𝗰𝗹𝗶𝗰𝗸 𝗮𝘄𝗮𝘆. If you're looking for fast deploys, production-ready infrastructure, and scalability, 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗵𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗮𝗰𝗵𝗲𝘀, give it a try. Get started on Render for free: https://lnkd.in/g5fMt5mS Thanks to Render for collaborating on this post and for building a platform that doesn’t require a DevOps team to scale production apps. 💬 Have you tried Render yet? What do you think? 💭

🚀 Huge congratulations to Matthew Dailey for winning "Best Use of Render" AND being the overall winner of the AI Agents Hackathon! 🎉 Matthew's project, Oncall Agent, is a game-changer for solo builders and teams looking to improve system reliability. Acting as an AI-powered oncall engineer, it monitors system health, responds to incidents, and even facilitates retrospectives—all seamlessly integrated with Render, LaunchDarkly, Rime Labs, and ElevenLabs. 👏 A big shoutout to CreatorsCorner for organizing the hackathon,Saroop Bharwani & Simon Tiu for hosting, and Cloudflare for the venue. 🚀 #AI #Hackathon #OncallAgent #Render #Automation

Building something people want. CPO & Co Founder Horizon (PV24-2)

Build a product that developers love, but also one that businesses can't live without. A few days ago, I had the chance to meet Anurag Goel, founder of Render and one of the earliest employees at Stripe. He joined us in Founders Garage, where he had a talk with Jeff Lawson. They shared some valuable insights on building developer-first platforms—and how to navigate the many twists and turns of founding a startup. Here are a few takeaways that really stuck with me: • Don’t reinvent the wheel in infrastructure: Anurag observed how many companies rebuild Kubernetes or other underlying infrastructure from scratch. Render was born to abstract that complexity, so developers can focus on solving real problems—not on deployment headaches. • Find a problem worth dedicating years to: Before launching Render, he spent nearly two years exploring and pivoting. The key? Finding a problem important enough to commit to long-term. Not just something interesting—but something truly worth building. • Hire thoughtfully—but don’t overdo the caution: Anurag emphasized the importance of bringing on excellent people who are crucial to the product’s growth. At the same time, he hinted he its about getting the right balance. • Deliver immediate value to developers—and solve deeper business pains down the line: Early adoption often comes from a strong developer following. But once your user base expands, those same dev-friendly features will also need to tackle broader business issues. It’s less about pitching Biz on day one and more about ensuring your solution organically becomes indispensable to entire organizations. • Looking ahead: background tasks: Even as Render continues to streamline hosting and infrastructure, Anurag mentioned that managing background jobs is the next challange they want to tackle. By addressing this need, he aims to make Render an even more comprehensive platform for modern apps. Above all, Anurag’s journey reminded me that building a successful startup isn’t only about writing great code—it’s about continuously identifying what developers genuinely need, assembling the right people to make it happen, and never being afraid to refine your approach as you grow. Thanks for the inspiration, Anurag 🙌 Look to the Horizon… 🚀
