  • The fastest way to fail at AI? Treat it like a one-and-done project. Most GTM leaders try to overhaul everything at once. But real transformation starts small. In a recent edition of our AI Advantage webinar, Amos Bar-Joseph, CEO of Swan AI, broke down what it actually takes to build AI into your go-to-market motion. Start small. Solve the bottlenecks you already know exist. Too often, teams over-engineer their AI rollouts, chasing lofty automation goals before solving for the basics. But as Amos puts it, building AI into your GTM motion is like building muscle. It doesn’t happen overnight. You need to show up and build consistency. So what does that look like in practice? It starts with identifying obvious pain points. For many GTM teams, one example is outbound prospecting. If reps are spending 30 minutes researching a prospect before every cold call, you’ve found a bottleneck. You don’t need AI to tell you that. Then break it down. What’s the process leading up to that bottleneck? What are the microtasks within it that consume time but don’t require deep strategy? That’s where AI can make an immediate impact. Not by replacing your reps, but by amplifying them. Freeing up time. Reducing friction. Helping your best people focus on what they do best: selling. Want to learn more on how to build your AI-powered GTM engine? Watch the full webinar in the comments.

  • The CSM role is broken. In our latest AI Advantage webinar, Chief Customer Officer at Sumo Logic Dione Hedgpeth laid out the conundrum facing modern Customer Success teams: “You want them to be like domain experts, trusted advisors, but the role as it's defined and how it actually works day to day makes it impossible.” In practice, most are buried in execution work. Most CSMs are expected to quarterback the entire adoption motion of running QBRs, driving value realization, collecting product feedback while somehow also having the time and headspace to become domain experts. The outcome? CSMs get labeled as “organized” but unable to “have deep conversations about best practices.” As a result, they’re often seen as helpful, but not essential. This isn’t a performance issue, it’s a structural one. That’s where AI can change the game. With AI handling the busywork of summarizing calls, capturing product feedback, prepping QBR slides, CSMs can finally refocus on strategy. They can show up as experts. The role doesn’t need to be reimagined. It needs to be supported. Interested in hearing more? Find the full webinar in the comments below.

  • CROs and RevOps leaders are being pulled in two directions. They’re expected to fix what’s slowing their team down while preparing for changes that are coming faster than most orgs can absorb. And they have to do both with limited visibility and partial control over the systems that drive execution. As Warren Zenna put it, “The CRO or the RevOps person needs to be like the AI guru for the company, and start really figuring out not what we can do today as much as what we can do like six months from now.” That starts with one thing: knowing what’s actually happening inside your own systems. Where are the inefficiencies? What work is still being done manually? What’s slowing reps down that AI could already handle? Momentum comes in. Not just by giving you visibility, but by helping you act on it. Momentum captures what’s happening in calls, emails, and support tickets, structures that data, and turns it into signals that trigger the right workflow at the right time automatically. You don’t need to chase reps or wait for dashboards to load. You just execute. And like Warren says, going after what’s broken in your org will: “Save you money. Your operational costs are going to go down. And your efficiencies are going to go up.” Watch the full session in the comments below.
