They should be removed and not stated publicly or by government websites as being an organisation human rights violations should be reported to because they are not a service which upholds human rights or a service which takes action on behalf of members of the public.
Because they come up second in any listings and on the Human rights website as the only service a member of public can actually contact it is deliberately misleading members of the UK. Especially when all they do is signpost to organisations every organisation which signposts to. And the organisations we are signposted to are the usual culprits which do absolutely nothing, but signpost to each other.
The human rights organisation which is the only authority which can take action on a member of publics behalf isn't even in the UK. And before a member of public can contact them and report human rights violations they have to have gone through all complaints procedures and courts and high courts
So basically members of the UK suffering to extremes who have been made unwell and are suicidal dragging themselves through every second of every day have to go through all these stalling tactics and impossible endeavours deliberately made impossible because there is no support within the UK to go through these tasks. There is no legal representation or support to go through legal representation.
What this tells us is that there are a lot of people suffering human rights violations in the UK because those committing human rights violations know that they won't ever be held to account.
And what this also tells us is that all the quoted human rights laws are useless quotes.
And what it also tells us is that the UK government is corrupt and deliberately not supporting members of the public and that there is most likely an untold amount of suicides/ people just waiting to die in dead end situations without basic needs met and no life being lived every second of every day within the UK which gets written off as poor mental health and swept under the carpet.

I called EASS today for the first time, all I would like to say is thank you Rory!
I hadn't heard of your service before, but I googled and contacted you about an issue my wife was having at work.
Rory was amazing, friendly, calm, understanding, factual, and EXTREMELY knowledgeable about all the rules and regulations.
I don't which I should praise more Rory's phone manner and conversation skills or Rory's knowledge, because both are amazing.
TL;DR - Hire more people like Rory, because Rory is amazing.

Hi, I spoke to Rory yesterday regarding a matter arising at a special school and he was absolutely amazing. He was kind, informative, and so very patient as he waited for me. Can't say enough words of praise for him. I hope I get Rory again if I need to speak with the service again. The service itself is fantastic and absolutely a gem for the help it provides people suffering from discrimination, in all its disguised manifestations. Thank you Rory and thank you to the service. Continue the fantastic work you do.

Whitney was super supportive and gave me an open and listening ear despite perhaps me not calling the right service. It meant a lot to me and I want to thank Whitney.

I contacted EASS as a victim of long-term racism, harassment, and hate incidents in the UK, hoping for support. But this service is completely misleading. They advertise that they help people, but in reality, they do not help individuals at all — only give basic advice and refer you back to the same public bodies that already failed you.
I am part of a family who has suffered serious emotional, physical, and mental harm due to police inaction, housing failures, racist abuse, and cannabis exposure. EASS offered no real support, no legal help, no protection, and no solutions.
This service is run by a private company, not a government body. They can’t take action, can’t represent victims, and they do nothing to hold racist institutions accountable.
Their Google ads make you believe they are here to protect your rights — but that’s false advertising. If you’re in crisis, please don’t expect help from EASS. The UK needs a real equality service with power to act — this isn’t it.
Extremely disappointing and disheartening.

I was really impressed with the support I received, professional, knowledgeable, and responsive. I spoke with Deborah, who quickly provided clear guidance and signposted me to the right resources. Support like this is invaluable, and I believe all workplaces should either have something similar in-house or actively direct staff to services like the Equality Advisory Support Service.

It seems gender equality in this service only applies when it comes to the rights and privileges of women. If your a man, don't even waste your breath on these idiots.

Rory provided me with a very reassuring phone call very soon after I made my initial enquiry and a fantastically useful no-nonsense legal complaint letter which made us feel much more in control of a very difficult situation.
