We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Tax Manager to join our team, working closely with the VP of Tax. This role is ideal for someone with a strong foundation in corporate income tax and a keen interest in international tax and transfer pricing.Key Responsibilities: Manage and oversee corporate income tax compliance for state, local, and non-U.S. jurisdictions. Support transfer pricing initiatives, ensuring compliance with international tax regulations and maintaining standards for intercompany transactions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure tax implications are considered in business decisions, particularly in relation to the companies USs and internation transactions. Assist in the implementation and documentation of tax strategies and policies. Analyze and support the execution of international tax transactions, ensuring proper structuring and compliance.Contribute to the development of internal processes and controls to support tax reporting and planning.Compensation:$55/hr to $60/hr Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401K retirement account access with employer matching. This position will be responsible for monitoring the status of their assigned accounts and taking action to ensure their timely conversion to cash while maintaining customer confidentiality. Their day will consist of a lot of receiving and responding to client emails and will be expected to respond promptly and accurately.
