I try to create Proxmox script which installs Monica version 5: community-scripts/ProxmoxVED#777

We already have such script for Monica version 4 and it works ok: https://community-scripts.github.io/ProxmoxVE/scripts?id=monica

I wanted to ask if you could find time to review script and help point out where the problem may be. Thanks!
