How can I change the url used by the swagger?

Currently I encountered this error when I load the swagger on my ckan,

fetch error: 
Failed to fetch https://abc/dataset/<id>/resource/<id>/api.yaml

fetch error
Possible cross-origin (CORS) issue? The URL origin (https://abc) does not match the page (https://bbc). Check the server returns the correct "Access-Control-Allow-*" headers

I am not sure where should I changed, because the url's domain is not same as my current url (that is in the address bar), can someone please help ?
